Locally, coaches Debra Coffman of Bloomington Central Catholic, Terry Lootens of Heyworth and Normal U-High and Mia Smith of Illinois Wesleyan University. For players, Craig Buchanan of Mahomet Seymour and Joe Galvin of Bloomington High School and Illinois State University. The 2005 University of Illinois Division 1 runner up Men’s Basketball team. The Hall of Fame Banquet will be held May 5th at Redbird Arena.

(Mahomet-jm) -- Mahomet Seymour is inducting a second person into their Hall of Fame. Former football and Boys Track and Field Coach Frank Dutton is the latest to be enshrined. Dutton led the 1977 football team to the school's only state championship and is the winningest football coach in Mahomet Seymour history with 128 wins. He also lead three track teams to top 3 finishes at state.
